EASTERN SAMAR CHAPTER OF FILIPINO FIGHTING
ARTS INT’L (FFAI) KICKS INTO HIGH GEAR

The Eastern Samar Chapter of Filipino Fighting Arts, Int’l (FFAI) kicked into high gear with their activities in 2009 continuing to the present year. Based in Borongan City, it is led by Master Ronnie P. Rivera, a long-time student of FFAI Founder Godofredo Fajardo. Master Rivera is ably assisted by guro Nestor A. Tangara and other senior black belts. These black belts and other officers of the organization are listed towards the end of this article.

Aside from its regular arnis and other martial arts classes catering to both adults and children, this very active chapter has also been involved in several community programs including training the local tanods in several barangays.

So enjoy this gallery chronicling their activities the past year.  Master Godo and I salute this chapter for their commitment to the Filipino Martial Arts, as well as fortheir community spirit.
