Modern Arnis Master Godofredo Fajardo

Godofredo Fajardo is one of the Senior Masters of Remy Presas Modern Arnis, a lakan pito (seventh degree blackbelt). He is also a member of the Council of Masters of the International Modern Arnis Federation of the Phil. (IMAFP) as well as its Commissioner for the Middle East based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

He was a direct student and protégé of Modern Arnis Founder Prof. Remy Presas, both while Remy was in the Philippines as well as when Remy was already living in the United States. He also happens to be my Modern Arnis guro since the late 1980’s.

In this training session in Manila, he works out with guro Marcelo “Cocoy” Oyales who is his senior student and also a high ranking lakan of the International Modern Arnis Federation of the Phil. (IMAFP), as well as Godo’s representative for his organization, the Filipino Fighting Arts Int’l (FFAI) basedin Manila, Philippines.
